Located in the New District the Yangtze International Gardens has become a popular location for Expats who work in the New District. This residential complex is approximately 4 years old and features apartments and first floor townhouses with small back gardens. It is close to International schools and many services are within walking distance. 

Apartments start at 3500 RMB for a one bedroom and rents increase with the size and location of the accomodation. There is a gym with a pool located on site. (Membership is extra)

This is a great alternative to Venice Gardens but the design of the complex, well very nice, feels a little cramped.
