It's a fact, while Expats enjoy Chinese culture a great many of us also like hanging out with other Expats. Arriving in a new city, struggling with the language, eating strange food and generally feeling like we don't belong means that Expats are generally friendly towards each other since we all have one thing in common - Were Not Chinese!

In Beijing and Shanghai you can walk the streets and meet a foreigner very easily. In Wuxi there are still not enough of us to change the character of the city. So if you are walking down the street and cross paths with another foreigner say hello. Or you can visit any of these favorite Expat Bars.
