Alot of people will celebrate the new Ikea store in Wuxi. The Grand Opening will be on the 6th of June 2012.

At a location which will invite in future for shopping alot. Metro, Decathlon, B&Q and Macaline get a new neighbour in the Xishan District, close to Dongting.

From the Expressway G2 the Ikea Tower can be seen and I guess also from other locations it will give a good orientation. That the subway also will stop very close to this location even we foreigner without a car will easily get to there.

Ikea is well known for their unique way of doing business. You check the goods on the exibition floor and move to the warehouse to collect and buy them. But, you have to assemble them on yourself or will need a friend who has some craftmens experience.
